The Cancellation Policy below applies to all products, private session and live events sold directly on our website and by Nelis Bahder, Inc.

Online and In-Person Events – Programs

All sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges or Customer Credit. No exception for anyone. Please review our products details before Purchasing.

21 Days Medi-Shakti Program

We are committed to offering our loyal customers the highest level of personal fulfillment on our 21-Day Medi-Shakti and Private experiences.

All payments are made via the internet using a credit card or processed through PayPal.

Our 21-Day Program is Not a Refundable Deposit.

In-Person Events

Please email us a written cancellation notice to info@nelisbahder.com for review.

• Cancellation notice received within (14 days) prior to the event, the refund will be issued less a $25 administrative fee.

• No Show or Late Arrival for any reason will not be refundable. No refund and No customer credit in full or partial. No rescheduling will be giving and No make-up sessions.

Private Sessions

Cancellation received within 48 hours before the appointment time, a full refund will be issued less $25. Our administrative fee is $25.

If you do not send us a cancellation noticed within 48 hours, we won’t refund you.

Cancellation made within 48 hours of the appointment, no refund and no customer credit will be given.

Late Arrival for any reason forfeiture your appointment or No Show. No refund and no customer credit in full or partial, no make-up session and no rescheduling will be given.

How to Cancel a Private Session

If you need to cancel your appointment, please email  us at info@nelisbahder.com 48 hours before the appointment. Please email your written cancellation notice. We will return an email back as soon as possible.
